Return & Refund Eligibility
Customers can only apply for a return and refund if:
The product received is damaged.
The product received is not the same variant, model, or color that was ordered.
To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the order.
Return Process
The customer must contact our support team within 12 hours of delivery.
Our team will provide the return shipping address.
The customer must ship the watch back to the provided address.
Once received, our inspection team will examine the product.
If the product passes inspection, the refund will be issued through online bank transfer.
Inspection Conditions
During inspection, we will check for:
Empty packages
Physical damage caused by the customer
Product swapping
Missing accessories or packaging
Any signs of misuse or tampering
If the returned product does not pass inspection, the refund request may be rejected
